If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Independent marketing website

The Site is an independent marketing and information resource about the Dubai Creek Harbour community. It is not the official website of Emaar Properties PJSC, and it is not owned by, operated by, or affiliated with the developer. Project names, renders and marks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify and market the community.

3. No offer, no advice

Content on the Site — including prices, availability, payment plans, handover dates, sizes, renders and drive times — is indicative, provided for general information only, and subject to change by the developer without notice. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a contract of sale, or financial, legal or investment advice. Past performance of the Dubai property market is not a guarantee of future results. Always verify current details with our consultants and the developer before making any decision.
